Experience

Admitted to state and federal bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland; Clerk for U.S. Federal District Court Judge, John B. Hannum, and PA Superior Court Judge, Abraham I. Lipez; full time practice of law since 1978 with expertise in personal injury, product liability, construction, and corporate security; responsible for multi-million dollar cases from initial pleadings to case resolution for corporate and individual clients.

Professional and Civic

Member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations, the Rotary Club of Upper Darby and Lansdowne, and the Gettysburg Foundation. Settlement Master and Arbitration Panelist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Rector’s Warden for St. John the Evangelist Church, Lansdowne. Coach of the Collingswood, New Jersey High School Mock Trial Team with Faustino Fernandez-Vina, now a New Jersey Supreme Court Justice.
